Also, the ex-leader of the Moscow "Train" Nikolai Naumov offered the viewpoint that the evacuation of Russia would be legitimate for an additional decade.

Appointee of the State Duma of Russia Dmitry Svishchev, in a meeting with Gazeta.Ru, said that the UEFA choice was known back in the spring.

The decision that Russia will not take part in Euro 2024 was made back in the spring. Now everyone has become more active due to the fact that the head of the Ukrainian Football Association (UAF), Andriy Pavelko, turned to UEFA with a request not to allow Russia. But we were no longer allowed. Unfortunately, it's bad that we won't play at the Euro. This is the wrong decision,” said Svishchev.
